How to swap
Choose your tokens, review fees and addresses, send the deposit, and track your swap.
Open Liquidium Cross-Chain Swaps.
1. Choose the tokens and networks
Select the token under Sell, then select the token under Buy. Use Filter by network in the token picker to choose the source and destination networks.
Check both network labels. To receive native BTC, choose BTC on Bitcoin. To receive USDC on Base, choose USDC on Base rather than USDC on Ethereum.
Enter the amount to sell. Expand the quote below the swap button to check the receive network, Liquidium fee, route cost, and venues. Treat the receive amount as an estimate, not a guaranteed payout.

The screenshot shows an example quote. Your amount, price, route, and costs will differ.
2. Choose how to pay
Use the payment selector beside Review swap:
- Wallet: connect a wallet for the source network and keep enough native currency to pay its network fee.
- Deposit address: send the deposit from another wallet or an exchange. After you select this method, the selector displays Custom.
For Hyperliquid as the source, use the deposit-address flow. The app does not send Hyperliquid deposits from a connected wallet.
3. Review the receive and refund addresses
Select Review swap.
Enter the receive address for the destination network. Make sure you control that address and can receive the selected token on that network.
For a deposit-address payment, enter a refund address on the source network too. Rift uses this address if it refunds the swap. For a wallet payment, the app uses the paying wallet's address for refunds.

Check the tokens, amount, networks, addresses, and fees before continuing.
4. Send the deposit
Pay from a connected wallet
Select Confirm swap, inspect the transfer in your wallet, and approve it if the details match. Your wallet charges the source network's transaction fee.
If the app reports that your wallet did not confirm the transfer, check your wallet and transaction history before sending again.
Pay to a deposit address
Select Get deposit address. Copy the address or scan its QR code, then send the displayed amount on the displayed source network.
Send the selected asset in one transfer before the Send before deadline. Account for any withdrawal fee your exchange deducts so the order receives the displayed amount.
Use the address for this order. Rift creates a unique deposit address for each order. Do not send funds to an expired order's address.
5. Track the swap
Open Swap history using the history icon beside the Swap heading. Select the order to check its status.
Rift starts execution after your deposit confirms. For swaps from Bitcoin, Liquidium calculates an estimate of about 30–60 minutes after deposit confirmation; network conditions and the route can extend the wait. A Delivered status means the output has reached the receive address.
You can close the order panel and return through Swap history. Read Troubleshooting if a deposit or swap needs attention.
