How to repay
This guide covers repayments for the connected-wallet advanced flow at app.liquidium.fi/advanced. For no-wallet loans, see the repayment section in Simple Loans.
You have two flexible ways to repay your loans:
- Repay via linked wallet: Repay directly from your connected wallet
- Repay via repayment address: Repay by sending the borrowed asset to the repayment address shown in the app
In the advanced flow, open the Portfolio tab, expand the borrowed asset, and choose Repay. The app will show the supported repayment methods for that asset.
Send only the borrowed asset, using the repayment method and destination shown in the app for that position. Sending a different asset, using the wrong network, or sending to an address not shown for that repayment may not be detected as a repayment and may not be recoverable.

Viewing a pending USDT repayment
Each chain has its own requirement for the number of confirmations before funds are fully accounted. Once a repayment is initiated, it's moved into the pending section awaiting the required confirmations. After the confirmations are met, it finalizes for ~3mins.
Repayments only take effect once fully confirmed and finalized.
If you submit a repayment while your position is at risk, and your position becomes liquidatable before the repayment confirms, liquidation may occur before your repayment is processed.
- Bitcoin: Requires 4 confirmations, ~10 minutes per confirmation.
- Ethereum: Requires 64 confirmations, ~12s per confirmation.

Try it in Demo Mode
You can use Demo Mode to explore this flow without connecting a wallet or using real funds. Demo Mode gives you fake funds inside the app so you can try supplying, borrowing, and repaying before using a real account.
When you are ready to use real funds, turn Demo Mode off and connect or use your actual account details.
Repayment terms
- There is no set repayment date - you can repay any amount at any time
- Interest accrues continuously and compounds
- Repaying reduces your debt and improves your portfolio health
- Repayment does not withdraw supplied collateral. After reducing or clearing debt, use Withdraw to remove supplied assets. Advanced positions do not use the 6-character Simple Loan ID. If support asks for a reference, use the relevant transaction, profile, or asset address shown in the app.
