If your collateral value drops and your loan-to-value ratio exceeds the liquidation threshold, your position may be partially or fully liquidated to repay the debt. To avoid liquidation, you can add more collateral or repay part of your loan. We recommend maintaining a healthy buffer above the minimum collateral ratio and monitoring your positions regularly.
