Liquidium Swap Terms

Version 1.0. Effective upon publication.

1. Scope and relationship to other terms

These Liquidium Swap Terms are an agreement between you and Fungus Inc. dba Liquidium. They govern your use of cross-chain swaps through Liquidium Fi. They supplement the Liquidium Fi Terms of Use. Under Section 20(ix) of the Liquidium Fi Terms of Use, these Liquidium Swap Terms supersede the Liquidium Fi Terms of Use to the extent of any conflict relating to cross-chain swaps. The Rift Terms of Service apply in full to your use of Rift through Liquidium.

Liquidium provides the interface, sends quote and order requests to Rift, and displays order status. Rift supplies the deposit address for each order and routes and settles swaps through its execution infrastructure and third-party venues. When you send a deposit, the funds leave your wallet or exchange and enter Rift's execution flow. Liquidium cannot redirect or reverse that transfer.

2. Quotes, orders, and deposits

A quote can currently be used to create an order for ten minutes. Once created, an order has a separate deposit deadline, currently seven days after order creation. Use the Send before timestamp for your order and allow time for the deposit to be detected. Send the specified asset and amount on the specified network in a single transfer to the address for that order.

The displayed rate and payout are estimates. Rift prices the swap again after receiving the deposit. The actual rate and payout may differ materially from the estimate, including when you send promptly. There is no guaranteed minimum payout, maximum slippage protection, or guaranteed settlement time.

You are responsible for verifying the asset, network, amount, and addresses before sending funds. Check that your receive and refund addresses can accept the specified assets on their respective networks before creating the order. The order's addresses are fixed once it is created. Transfers sent late, to the wrong address, with the wrong asset, on the wrong network, or more than once may be unrecoverable.

3. Liquidium Swap Fee and other costs

On eligible delivered swaps, Rift deducts a 0.30% Liquidium Swap Fee from the output after delivery execution costs, rounded down to the smallest unit of the output asset. Rift pays the fee to Fungus Inc. in the output asset on the destination network. The estimated payout reflects the estimated fee. Rift may skip the fee if it cannot be paid under the destination network's minimums or recipient requirements.

Your wallet or exchange may charge separately to send the deposit. Network, bridge, venue, and execution costs may affect your payout. Liquidium charges no Swap Fee on a refunded order.

4. Screening, failed orders, and refunds

Rift screens the receive, refund, and fee recipient addresses when creating an order. Rift may reject an order before providing a deposit address if an address fails screening or screening is unavailable. Rift says it automatically freezes deposits from sending addresses flagged by its compliance controls and that its team cannot override those freezes or return those funds.

If a swap fails and Rift can return the funds, it sends a separate transfer in the original asset to the designated refund address. The refund may be less than the deposit because of network, execution, or return costs. Failed or frozen orders can require review. A refund or recovery may be unavailable.

For help with a pending, failed, or frozen order, contact Liquidium support through the App. Include the swap order ID and the deposit transaction hash if available. Nothing in these Swap Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

5. Privacy

The Liquidium Fi Privacy Policy describes the information Liquidium shares with Rift and how Liquidium stores swap history.
